Important Information
For DEBIT and CREDIT Cardholders
Rewards Program Changes – We will be making some important changes to our rewards program! You will still earn reward points at the current levels, but we will now offer cash back options, in addition to the gift card and travel choices you already have. All of your points from the current program will rollover into the new program, but you may be unable to access your rewards portal in April 2025. As a reminder, with our rewards program you currently earn 1 point for every $1 you spend in net retail purchases for Credit Cards and you earn 1 point for every $4 you spend on signature-based transactions for Debit Cards.
The current rewards portal is changing to a new URL: www.uchooserewards.com. The new URL goes into effect on 4/16/2025.
For CREDIT Cardholders
NEW CARD! You will be receiving a brand new Visa® Credit Card in the mail in early April 2025. These cards will have completely new card numbers than your current cards and will include the Tap to Pay contactless payment functionality which is accepted by merchants displaying the Tap to Pay logo.
These new credit cards can be activated immediately, but CANNOT be used until 04/16/2025. You can activate your new card by calling 1-800-992-3808. Your current credit card will work until 04/15/2025 at 11:59 pm EST. Also, don’t forget to update any stored payment method records with your new credit card number!
For DEBIT, CREDIT, & ATM Cardholders
Our PIN change, card activation, lost/stolen, and after-hours card contact numbers are changing. The new number for PIN change/card activation is: 1-800-992-3808. The new number for lost/stolen and after-hours card assistance is: 1-877-755-3146, and our contact center now has 24/7 service capability for most card-related issues!

There may be sporadic outages or features that are unavailable at our ATM/ITM terminals in April 2025.

Some features of your account may be unavailable during March and April 2025. If you are unable to access a portion of your account or a card feature during this time, please contact the GHFCU Call Center at 912-236-4400 or 1-800-442-8877 for assistance.
